Features: Casa Amigos is a new 1-bedroom, 1-bath, ocean-view, beautifully landscaped rental villa overlooking Playa Dominical. With 1,200 square feet of living space on one level, Casa Amigos offers a massive wrap around terrace, queen-size Swiss orthopedic bed (can be separated to singles) a full kitchen, washer & dryer, color TV with DVD player and a 48 foot long lap swimming pool. Designed for 2 people, but comfortably accommodating , Casa Amigos may be rented in conjunction with Villa Mango to host up to 12 guests.

The Dominical area has a average temperature of 83F (28C) and is delightful year round. Thanks to the mountain-side 1,200 ft. elevation, guests at Casa Amigos enjoy comfortable mountain breezes. Dominical is a small coastal village (pop. approx. 600). People are easy-going, and the relaxed atmosphere is contagious. There are various cozy bars and a surprising variety of casual restaurants and "sodas" (local food). Later in the night, some of these restaurants change into small-scale discos, where locals and tourists dance to Latin music.

In the past few years, a number of wonderful restaurants have opened in our area, including Thai, Italian, Continental, Indonesian, Mexican and French...all in beautiful tropical settings. Shops in the area include a gift store, clothes boutique, small grocery store, fruit stands, and a bakery. Review: Casa Amigos is located about 50 km. (30 miles) South of Quepos, 7 km. (5 miles) South from Dominical on the beautiful Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. We recommend driving to the villa via the mountain route, a 3.5 hour beautiful drive (on well-paved roads!) through incredible landscapes, varied micro-climates, and exquisite "above-the-clouds" mountain and ocean views. Alternatively, it is possible to drive along the coast, or to fly from San Jose to Quepos and pre-arrange to pick up a vehicle from that location. We advise renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to allow you to explore many of the beautiful "out-of-the-way" sites in the area.
